What if I haven’t done my books in months?

No judgment — about a third of our new clients sign up in this exact spot. We quote a one-time catch-up fee up front to bring your books current, then your monthly subscription starts once we’re caught up. Cleanup usually takes 2–10 weeks depending on how far behind you are. See typical ranges →

How fast can you get started?

Most clients are onboarded within a week of the consultation call. We’ll send an engagement letter, get you into the portal, connect your accounts via Plaid, and start work. If you’re behind, we kick off catch-up the same week.

Do you do my taxes too?

We’re a bookkeeping firm, not a tax firm. We deliver tax-ready books to whichever CPA or EA you use, and we coordinate directly with them at year-end. If you don’t have one, we’ll happily refer you to a DFW CPA we trust.

Will my price go up if my business grows?

Not for 12 months. Your tier is locked. If your volume grows past your tier mid-year, we absorb it. At renewal we’ll talk about whether moving up makes sense — with a fresh 12-month lock at the new tier.
